The AI App Store (aistore.network) is the public marketplace where you browse, purchase, and run AI apps. KW Organizer (app.aistore.network) is the operator workspace — it adds projects, Kanban, Sprint, Flow automation, and shared secrets. Many apps are best experienced through Organizer, and your store account links the two.
Where is my data hosted?
All infrastructure runs in EU regions. Your files and outputs stay in your workspace and are never used to train third-party AI models.
Can I sign in directly to the AI App Store?
Full store authentication is on the roadmap. Today, sign in via KW Organizer at app.aistore.network/signin — your account covers both surfaces.
How does enterprise quoting work?
Apps with "Request Price" display a quote form. We aim to respond within 2 business days (illustrative SLA). Accepted quotes proceed through Stripe or invoice, depending on your region.
What's your refund policy?
One-time purchases are refundable within 14 days if the app doesn't perform as described. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; the current period remains active. Enterprise contracts follow agreed terms.
How often are new apps added?
The catalog grows continuously under Kara & Weiß's vetting process. Sign up to the newsletter (see footer) or watch the "New" category filter in the store for recent additions.
Does checkout use Stripe?
Yes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We support major cards and SEPA debit for EU customers. Prices are shown in EUR; Stripe handles local currency conversion where applicable.
What is the relationship between the AI App Store, karaweiss.org, and KW properties?
The AI App Store is a Kara & Weiß product. Kara & Weiß (karaweiss.org) is the parent studio behind KW Organizer, this marketplace, and other KW tooling. All products share a common account system.
